HYPNOBREASTFEEDING EFEKTIF UNTUK MELANCARKAN PENGELUARAN ASI PADA IBU POST PARTUM

World Health Organization recommends breastfeeding should be given until the age of 6 month, but there are obstacles in the process of breastfeeding to make mother not give exclusive breastfeeding. The main cause can not provide exclusive breastfeeding because emotional factor and attitudes will affect the quality of the amount of breast milk. Hypnobreastfeeding is a useful hypnosis method because it can increase the expenditure of breast milk. This study aims to determine the effectiveness of hypnobreastfeeding in breastfeeding mother on the procuction of breast milk in Rumah Sakit Sumber Kasih Cirebon City. The design of this research is descriptive quantitative analysis, with quasy experimental approach, pretest-posttest control group design. The population of this study was breastfeeding mother in Rumah Sakit Sumber Kasih. Sampling was done by purposive sampling technique, the number of sampling was 30 respondent. Data analysis using paired t-test the obtained significance value is 0,000, which means that the significance value is not greater than the P value = 0,05, which means Ho is rejected if the P value >0,05. The hypnobreastfeeding thecnique should be improved and studied by nurses and midwives at Rumah Sakit Sumber Kasih Kota Cirebon.
