PENGARUH CITRA MEREK DAN PROMOSI TERHADAP KEPUTUSAN PENGGUNAAN JASA BIMBINGAN BELAJAR RANGKING CABANG DELI SERDANG SUMATERA UTARA

Jenis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data kuantitatif. Data berupa angka, seperti jumlah siswa dalam bimbingan belajar, ranking dan hasil angket. Dalam penelitian ini yang menjadi populasi penelitian adalah mahasiswa Lembaga Bimbingan Belajar Rangking. Pengambilan sampel responden yang dijadikan sampel dilakukan pada tempat bimbingan belajar yang ada di kota Deli Serdang. Berdasarkan data yang diperoleh, diketahui bahwa jumlah mahasiswa di Lembaga Bimbingan Belajar Rangking adalah 218 orang. Berdasarkan perhitungan yang diperoleh di atas, maka jumlah sampel yang diteliti adalah 85 responden. Agar penelitian ini fit maka diambil 90 responden. Hasil analisis regresi citra merek adalah Y=15.495+0.389, artinya citra merek berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan penggunaan jasa bimbingan belajar Rangking Deli Serdang. Hasil analisis regresi promosi Y = 3,72 + 0,745X2, artinya promosi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan penggunaan jasa Bimbingan Belajar Ranking Deli Serdang. Hasil analisis regresi berganda citra merek dan promosi Y = 2,070+0,087X1+0,712X2 artinya terdapat pengaruh positif antara citra merek (X1) dan promosi (X2) terhadap keputusan menggunakan jasa bimbingan belajar Ranking cab.
