GAMBARAN PENGETAHUAN IBU HAMIL TENTANG PERDARAHAN ANTEPARTUM DI KLINIK BERSALIN BIDAN SAHARA KECAMATAN PADANGSIDIMPUAN SELATAN TAHUN 2020

Based on the 2002 Health Profile that in 2000 the MMR was 172 per 100,000 live births, in 2001 the MMR was 165 per 100,000 live births and in 2002 the MMR was also 165 per 100,000 live births. The purpose of this study was to describe the knowledge of pregnant women about antepartum bleeding in Sahara Midwife Maternity Clinic, South Padangsidimpuan District in 2020. This research is descriptive in nature using primary data and secondary data, where a sample of 25 respondents was studied based on Age, Education, Occupation, Parity. The data is processed by editing, coding, scoring, tabulating. Then it is analyzed and collected in a table which is continued by discussing the results of the research with existing library theory. The majority had high school education as many as 8 respondents (32%), the majority were aged 20-35 years as many as 9 respondents (36%), the majority worked as housewives as many as 9 respondents (36%), and the majority with multiparous pregnancies as many as 5 respondents (20%). To increase the knowledge of pregnant women about antepartum bleeding, cooperation between health workers and pregnant women is needed. The results of this study are expected that pregnant women will increase their knowledge about antepartum bleeding by frequently asking health workers so that mothers know better about taking care of their pregnancy until delivery arrives.
