HUBUNGAN PENDIDIKAN KESEHATAN TERHADAP PENGETAHUAN LANSIA TENTANG HIPERTENSI DI POSYANDU LANSIA SAYUR MATUA DESA SARAN PADANG KABUPATEN SIMALUNGUN TAHUN 2020

Penggunaan antibiotik yang irasional akan memberikan dampak negatif, salah satunya adalah meningkatnya kejadian resistensi bakteri terhadap antibiotik. Untuk itu penggunaan antibiotik yang rasional diharapkan dapat memberikan dampak positif antara lain mengurangi morbiditas, mortalitas, kerugian ekonomi, dan mengurangi kejadian resistensi bakteri terhadap antibiotic. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui Untuk mengetahui rasionalitas penggunaan antibiotika di ruangan anak RSU Harapan periode Januari-Maret 2020 Rancangan penelitian ini termasuk dalam jenis penelitian deskriptif yang bersifat non-eksperimental, Pengambilan data dilakukan secara retrospektif dari instalasi rekam medik pasien di ruangan anak yang menjalani rawat inap di RSU Harapan Pematangsiantar. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan dilihat bahwa penggunaan antibiotik memenuhi kategori Gyssens 0 (rasional) sebanyak 21 peresepan (55%). Sisanya 45 % penggunaan antibiotik tidak rasional dengan rincian sebanyak 7 peresepan (15%) kategori Gyssens V (Penggunaan antibiotika tanpa indikasi), 5 peresepan (12,5%) kategori Gyssens IVA (ada antibiotika lain yang lebih efektif), 4 peresepan (10%) kategori Gyssens IVC (antibiotika laing yang lebih murah, dan 3 peresepan (7,5%) kategoru Gyssens IVD (ada antibiotika lain yang lebih spesifik).
