PENGARUH GAYA KEPEMIMPINAN DAN LINGKUNGAN KERJA TERHADAP SEMANGAT KERJA PEGAWAI KABUPATEN SERDANG BEDAGAI (Studi Kasus Pada Kantor Bagian Layanan Pengadaan Barang/Jasa Sekretariat Daerah Kab. Serdang Bedagai)

Hasil Penelitian ini menunjukkan. (1) Dapat diketahui besarnya dapat diketahui besarnya nilai adjusted R square sebesar 0,708 atau 70,8% Hal ini menunjukkan jika Variabel Gaya kepemimpinan (X1) dan Variabel Lingkungan Kerja (X2) dapat menjelaskan Variabel Semangat Kerja Pegawai (Y) sebesar 70,8%, sisanya sebesar 29,2% (100% - 70,8%) dijelaskan oleh variabel lain di luar model penelitian ini. (2) Pengujian hipotesis pertama, nilai thitung (8,198) > ttabel (2,028), demikian pula dengan nilai signifikansinya sebesar 0,000 < 0,05 maka dapat disimpulkan hipotesis pertama diterima, artinya Variabel Gaya kepemimpinan (X1) berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Variabel Semangat Kerja Pegawai (Y).(3)Pengujian hipotesis kedua, thitung (0,490) > ttabel (2,028), dan nilai signifikansinya sebesar 0,180 < 0,05 maka dapat disimpulkan hipotesis kedua diterima, artinya Variabel Lingkungan Kerja (X2) berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Variabel Semangat Kerja Pegawai (Y).(4) Pengujian hipotesis ketiga, bahwa nilai Fhitung (38,822) > Ftabel (3,27), dan nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,000 < 0,05 maka dapat disimpulkan hipotesis ketiga diterima, artinya Variabel Gaya kepemimpinan (X1), Variabel Lingkungan Kerja (X2) berpengaruh signifikan secara bersama-sama (simultan) terhadap Variabel Semangat Kerja Pegawai (Y).
