PENGARUH KUALITAS KERJA TERHADAP LOYALITAS DENGAN MOTIVASI SEBAGAI VARIABEL MODERATING (Studi Kasus Pada Karyawan PTPN III Rambutan)

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Kualitas Kerja terhadap Loyalitas dengan Motivasi Sebagai Variabel Moderating (Studi Kasus Pada Karyawan PTPN III Rambutan). Peneliti menggunakan explanatory research yaitu metode penelitian yang bermaksud menjelaskan kedudukan variabel-variabel yang diteliti serta pengaruh antara variabel satu dengan variabel lainnya. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan kuantitaif. Hasil Penelitian ini menunjukkan variabel Faktor Organisasional (X1) berpengaruh terhadap variabel Loyalitas (Z), variabel Kompensasi (X2) berpengaruh terhadap variabel Loyalitas (Z), variabel Faktor Organisasional (X1) tidak berpengaruh terhadap variabel Kinerja (Y), variabel Kompensasi (X2) berpengaruh terhadap variabel Kinerja (Y), variabel Loyalitas (Z) tidak berpengaruh terhadap variabel Kinerja(Y), variabel Loyalitas Z lebih kecil dibanding pengaruh secara langsung terhadap variabel Kinerja Y dan variabel Loyalitas (Z) lebih besar dibanding pengaruh secara langsung terhadap variabel Kinerja (Y).
