PENGARUH GAYA KEPEMIMPINAN DEMOKRATIS DAN MOTIVASI KERJA TERHADAP KINERJA PEGAWAI DI SEKRETARIAT KOMISI PEMILIHAN UMUM KOTA TEBING TINGGI

Hasil Penelitian ini menunjukkan. (1) Nilai konstanta (a) sebesar 6,253 menunjukkan besarnya Variabel Kinerja Pegawai (Y) jika Variabel Gaya Kepemimpinan (X1), variable motivasi (X2) sama dengan nol. (2) Dapat diketahui besarnya nilai adjusted R square sebesar 0,308 atau 30,8% Hal ini menunjukkan jika Variabel Gaya Kepemimpinan (X1) dan Variabel motivasi (X2) dapat menjelaskan Variabel Kinerja pegawai (Y) sebesar 30,8% sisanya sebesar 69,2% (100% - 30,8%) dijelaskan oleh variabel lain di luar model penelitian ini. (3) Pengujian hipotesis pertama, dapat diketahui bahwa thitung (-0,404) < ttabel (-2,042), demikian pula dengan nilai signifikansinya sebesar 0,689 > 0,05 maka dapat disimpulkan hipotesis pertama ditolak, artinya Variabel Gaya Kepemimpinan Demokratis (X1) tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Variabel Kinerja pegawai (Y). (4) Pengujian hipotesis kedua, dapat diketahui bahwa thitung (3,934) > ttabel (2,042), dan nilai signifikansinya sebesar 0,000 < 0,05 maka dapat disimpulkan hipotesis kedua diterima, artinya Variabel motivasi Kerja (X2) berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Variabel Kinerja Pegawai (Y). (5) Pengujian hipotesis ketiga, dapat diketahui bahwa Fhitung (7,894) > Ftabel (3,29), dan nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,002 < 0,05 maka dapat disimpulkan hipotesis ketiga diterima, artinya Variabel Gaya Kepemimpinan Demokratis (X1), Variabel motivasi (X2) berpengaruh signifikan secara bersama-sama (simultan) terhadap Variabel Kinerja Pegawai (Y).
