STRATEGI PENGEMBANGAN PEMASARAN BERBASIS MEDIA SOSIAL PADA USAHA MIKRO KECIL MENENGAH PRODUK KULINER MIESO BACOK KOTA KISARAN

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana Strategi Pengembangan Pemasaran Berbasis Media Sosial Instagram Pada Usaha Mikro Kecil Menengah (Umkm) Produk Kuliner Mieso Bacok Kota Kisaran dengan hasil penelitian sebagai berikut: Dalam wawancara dengan beberapa narasumber di peroleh hasil penelitian sebagai berikut: 1. Penelitian ini dengan jelas menunjukan bagaimana pemasaran yang dilakukan oleh pihak Miso Bacok Kisaran, dimana straegi pemasaran yang digunakan adalah digital marketing dengan alat pemasaran nya yakni Media sosial Instagram dan memang dilakukan hingga saat ini dan hasilnya penjualan yang diperoleh miso bacok mengalami peningkatan baik dari sisi jumlah pesanan maupun dari sisi pelanggan yang juga bertambah yang artinya, Strategi Digital Marketing ini memiliki nilai yang postif (+) untuk dilakukan, sesuai dengan judul penelitian ini yang menganalisis strategi pemasaran miso bacok. 2. Hasil penelitian dengan wawancara bersama pemilik dapat disimpulkan bahwa penggunaan strategi pemasaran dengan media sosial bisa meningkatkan penjualan begitu juga dengan kunjungan konsumen begitu pula dengan pemesana melalui media sosial nya juga bisa dilakukan. Hasil wawancara bersama konsumen disimpulkan bahwa dengan adanya media sosial dari Miso Bacok ini masyarakat semakin banyak yang mengetahui produk temapt ini kemudian berbagai aktivitas dari miso bacok juga sering dipamerkan di media sosial instagramnya
